C-ITS for road operation personnel safety (C4Safety)

In the frame of this Task, C4Safety will adapt existing IT systems, including add new parts to the systems and add new interfaces. A part of the work will also concern adapting contracts with roadwork contractors, so that they will deliver the necessary data, as well as consulting service providers that will use the provided data in their apps. This Task also aims to provide a basis for the further structural development of the provision of other reliable, internationally aligned in-car messages.

KPIs: 3 systems corresponding to 3 C-Roads Platform use cases (RWW, EPVA, ERVI) will be implemented for the whole core road network in the Netherlands.

Type of implementation: The system for EPVA is completely new, ERVI a replacement of past implementations with additional features and RWW an important upgrade of existing systems with also substantial additions to existing systems.
