MIA Management and Information system for road works

The existing MIA software enables the complete digitalisation of roadworks management under Autobahn GmbH, recording and optimising details such as location, duration, and traffic routing. By analysing traffic volumes and calculating economic impacts, MIA helps adapt and optimise worksites to minimise traffic congestion.

This Task will update the existing software with functionalities to fully documents all processes, centralising roadworks data and ensuring high, uniform quality for integration with other business processes and services, such as the Mobilithek, AutobahnApp, and HLV application checks.

Key benefits remain nationwide standardisation of roadworks planning, streamlined processes for planners, system-supported optimisation, improved traffic safety, and enhanced traffic flow harmonisation.
